Bruising Utah Jazz forward Carlos Boozer has listed his North Coconut Grove waterfront home for $6.9 million — a result of divorce from his wife, Cindy Boozer, according to Big Time Listings.

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home is located at 3581 Crystal View Ct, Miami, FL, 33133 and has more than 7,000 square feet of living space.

   This spring, Zillow reported that singer-songwriter-producer Lenny Kravitz had listed his Miami Beach property at 7936 Biscayne Point Circle, Miami Beach FL 33141 for $2,850,000. Earlier this week, Miami real estate blogger and agent Kevin Tomlinson reported that Kravitz’s property has been sold for $2,450,000. The ultra-modern Miami Beach waterfront home reportedly now belongs to a “regular person.”

   No word on the motivation behind Kravitz’s move, but the star certainly made a hefty profit on the sale. Kravitz purchased the property in 1997 for $725,000. In his earlier years, Kravitz (aka: Romeo Blue) lived in much simpler quarters. According to some sources, in the early 1980’s, the aspiring star slept in a car he rented for $5/day.

   Celebrity real estate news just keeps rolling in.

   Actress Melissa Joan Hart has sold her Los Angeles-area home for close to $2.5 million. See the property located at 14735 Sutton St, Van Nuys, CA 91403.

   The Zillow Blog has been following Hart’s real estate journey, which has included multiple price reductions. Originally, Hart listed the home for $3.25 million in October 2008.
